This agreement
This License Agreement is between you and Wk Co ("we", "us"), the maker of WkBot, and covers the WkBot program: the installer, the program and everything that comes with them, including updates. Accounts, plans, payments and refunds are covered by the Terms of Use, which are part of this agreement.
By installing or using WkBot you accept this agreement. If you don't accept it, don't install WkBot, or remove it from your computer.
What the license gives you
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install WkBot on your computers and use it on one computer at a time, for as long as your account has license time or a free trial running. You may keep the installer and reinstall the program whenever you need to.
What it doesn't allow
Unless the law expressly allows it despite this agreement, you may not:
- copy WkBot, except to install it and keep a backup of the installer;
- modify it, decompile it, disassemble it or reverse engineer it;
- crack it, or remove, get around or interfere with its license checks or protections;
- read back, copy or reuse the program WkBot writes to a board in Arduino mode, which is part of WkBot;
- sell, rent, lend, share, publish or sublicense the program, or any copy of it;
- build it into another product, or offer it to others as a service;
- remove or change any copyright notice, trademark or label in it.
Download WkBot only from the official website. A copy from anywhere else may have been modified, and running it puts your computer at risk.
Ownership
WkBot is licensed to you, not sold. Wk Co keeps all rights in the program, its documentation, its design and its name, including copyright, and every right not expressly given to you in this agreement.
Third-party components
WkBot includes components made by others, such as open-source libraries and runtimes, each under its own license. Those licenses apply to those components, and nothing in this agreement restricts rights they give you.
Updates and license checks
- Updates. WkBot updates itself. Some updates may be required to keep signing in, and an update may add, change or remove features.
- License checks. WkBot connects to our servers to confirm your license while it runs. When the license ends, or can't be confirmed, its modules stop until it is renewed or confirmed again.
- One computer at a time. Signing in on another computer moves the license there, and the computer before stops.
Game servers and risk
Many game servers, including official ones, don't allow automation tools and may act against accounts that use them. Using WkBot, and where you use it, is your decision and your risk: follow the rules of each server you play on. We don't promise that the program's use goes unnoticed, and we are not responsible for measures taken by game operators. The Terms of Use say more.
WkBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CipSoft GmbH, Tibia, the OpenTibia project or any game server.
Scripts
WkBot runs Lua scripts and routes that you write or get from others. Scripts and routes from other people are used at your own risk, and we are not responsible for what they do.
No warranty
As far as the law allows, WkBot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including that it will work without errors or interruptions, that it will suit a particular purpose, or that it will work with every computer, game client or server. You can check how it works for you with the free trial before buying.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, Wk Co is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of WkBot or from not being able to use it - including lost data, lost game accounts, characters, items or in-game progress, and damage to equipment. This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or rights you have as a consumer.
When the license ends
The license ends on its own when your account has no license time or trial left, and straight away if you break this agreement. When it ends, stop using WkBot. We may also end it for an account closed under the Terms of Use.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, without prejudice to a consumer's right to go to the courts where they live.
