About these terms

WkBot is a desktop program for Windows that automates tasks in compatible online game clients. It is made and sold by Wk Co, based in São Paulo, Brazil ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use apply to the WkBot website, your WkBot account, the license time you buy and your use of the program. The program itself also comes with a License Agreement, and how we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Together they are the whole agreement between you and us.

By creating an account, downloading WkBot, using it or buying license time, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use WkBot.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

Your account

One person, real details. Use an email address you own and can read - disposable addresses are not accepted. You will need it to confirm the account and to recover it.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
One computer at a time. Your license runs on one computer at any moment. Signing in on another computer moves it there, and the computer before stops.
Sharing. You may let someone you trust use your account, as long as it is never in use on two computers at the same time. You stay responsible for everything done with it.
No reselling. You may not sell, rent or sublicense your account or its license time, or offer access to it as a service.
Age. To buy license time you must be of legal age where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms with you.

License time and the trial

A plan is a prepaid pass for a period of time - one month, for example. It is not a subscription: nothing renews or charges you on its own. When you buy again, the new time is added after whatever time you have left.

Time counts on the calendar, from the moment it is added to your account, whether or not WkBot is running.
The free trial gives 3 days of the full program. It is offered once per account and once per computer, and we may decline it where those limits can't be confirmed.
An internet connection is needed. WkBot confirms your license with our servers while it runs. When the time ends, or when the license can't be confirmed, its modules stop until it is renewed or confirmed again.
Plans and prices may change, but never for time you have already paid for.

Payments

Purchases are made on this website and processed by Stripe. Your card or wallet details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. When you pay, Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.

Currency. Prices are shown in US dollars as a guide. The charge is made in Brazilian reais (BRL), and Stripe shows you the amount in your own currency before you confirm. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which we don't control.
Payment methods depend on your country and on Stripe: cards, digital wallets and local methods. Some methods take time to confirm; the license time is added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The account it goes to. You choose the WkBot account at checkout. Please check the email before paying - time added to the wrong account can only be moved by us, on request.
Receipts are emailed by Stripe.
Pay with what is yours. Use your own payment method, or one you have clear permission to use. We may refuse or cancel a purchase, and suspend the accounts involved, when we suspect fraud.

Refunds

Changed your mind? You have 7 days. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a purchase, for any reason, as Brazilian consumer law provides for purchases made online. Just email us from the address of your WkBot account, or include it, with the date of the purchase.

After 7 days, purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund or where we decide one is fair - a duplicate charge, or a failure on our side that we can't fix, for example.
How it is paid back. Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment method.
What happens to the time. When a payment is refunded in full, the license time it bought is removed from the account.
Try first. The free trial exists so you can see WkBot working on your computer and your server before you pay.
Used in good faith. The 7 days are there to decide whether WkBot is right for you. Buying again and again only to ask for the money back, or using the right as a way to get free time, is an abuse of it (Brazilian Civil Code, art. 187): we may refuse such requests and close the accounts involved.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please write to us first - most problems are solved faster that way than through your bank. When a dispute or chargeback is opened, the license time bought with that payment is removed while it is reviewed. If the dispute is closed in our favor, we put the time back. Disputes opened in bad faith, or again and again, may lead to the account being closed.

Availability

We work to keep WkBot and its license service running at all times, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted: there is maintenance, and there are failures outside our control. If the license service itself is down for everyone for more than 12 hours in a row, we add the time lost to every license that was active. Problems on your side - your internet, your computer, or a game server that blocks the program - are not covered by this.

Game servers and your risk

WkBot is an independent, third-party tool. Many game servers, including official servers, do not allow automation tools, and their operators can warn, suspend or ban accounts that use them, which can mean losing characters, items or progress.

Where and how you use WkBot is your decision and your risk. Read and follow the rules of each server you play on.
We don't promise that its use goes unnoticed, and we are not responsible for warnings, suspensions, bans or any other measure taken by game operators, or for what is lost because of them.
Compatibility. WkBot is built for servers that use the real game map; on others, some features may behave unexpectedly. Servers that block screen capture need OBS Studio, and servers that block OBS are not supported. The free trial is the way to check yours.

Arduino mode and hardware

Arduino mode is optional: WkBot types and clicks through a board you connect to your computer. Everything else in WkBot works without it.

Getting the hardware is up to you. We don't sell, supply, recommend sellers for, warrant or support any board, cable or other hardware. Choosing, buying and using it is your decision, at your own cost and risk, and we make no commitment about it. The compatible boards are listed on the home page; a board outside that list may not work, and that is not a fault in WkBot.
Setting a board up rewrites it. To work with WkBot, the board is written with WkBot's own program. Whatever was installed on it before is permanently erased, and the board leaves its factory state. Use a board just for WkBot, never one holding anything you want to keep.
The program on the board is part of WkBot, under the License Agreement: it may not be read back, copied or used anywhere else.
Limits. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for a board that doesn't work with WkBot, for anything erased from it, or for damage to a board, a cable or a computer that comes from connecting, setting up or using hardware.

Hardware is not part of any plan, and we don't pay for it or refund it. Your right to a refund of a plan, under Refunds, is not affected.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

crack, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with WkBot, or get around its license checks;
copy, share or publish the program, or offer it from anywhere but this website;
use WkBot to break the law, to harass or defraud other people, or to harm their accounts or computers;
overload, probe or attack our servers or this website;
create accounts in bulk, or with someone else's identity.

Updates and changes

WkBot keeps changing: we add features, improve them and sometimes remove them. Updates come through the program itself, and from time to time the latest version may be required to sign in. We give support for the latest version only.

Scripts and Remote View

Scripts. WkBot runs Lua scripts you write or get from others. Scripts and routes from other people are used at your own risk; we can't vouch for what they do.
Remote View. Remote View shows your game to whoever has its private address and key. It runs from your own computer, on your own network; reaching it from outside that network means opening a port on your router, which is your choice and your responsibility. Keep the address and key to yourself, and switch it off when you are not using it.

Ownership and trademarks

WkBot, this website and their content belong to Wk Co. Buying license time gives you the right to use the program as the License Agreement describes, not ownership of it.

WkBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CipSoft GmbH, Tibia, the OpenTibia project or any game server. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

No warranty, and limits

WkBot is offered "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will be free of errors, that it will work with every server or computer, or that it will meet every expectation - which is why there is a free trial.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the loss of game accounts, characters, items or in-game progress. This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice depending on how serious the breach is. License time on an account closed for fraud, cracking or abuse is not refunded. You can stop using WkBot at any time, and ask us to delete your account by email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and important changes are announced on this website or by email before they take effect. Changes never reduce license time you have already paid for. Using WkBot after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, without prejudice to a consumer's right to go to the courts where they live.
